Before processing any withdrawal — and in some cases before accepting deposits above defined thresholds — 777xy will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address. Processing times for KYC review vary and are not guaranteed. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by 777xy may result in account restrictions.
All deposits and withdrawals on the 777xy platform are subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published in the platform's cashier section at the time of the transaction. These limits may change from time to time without prior notice.
Funds deposited into your 777xy account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to a different person — are not permitted. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary.
Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms in full. The minimum withdrawal amount and available withdrawal methods are shown in the cashier section at the time of the request.
The 777xy platform displays balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for Pakistani users where the platform configuration supports it. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount — or in some cases the combined bonus plus deposit amount — must be played through before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is reached. Specific wagering multipliers for each promotion are stated in the individual bonus terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games and certain specialty titles may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%) or not at all. In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen game rules and these Terms, the on-screen game rules govern that specific game or market.
777xy offers sports betting markets covering events including Pakistan Super League (PSL), Pakistan national cricket team fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup, Test series, international football leagues, UFC and other events. All bets are settled according to the rules published for each specific market. 777xy does not guarantee the availability of any specific event, market or odds at any given time.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer tables, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by trained live dealers operating in real time. 777xy does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the game provider's published documentation.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error or communications failure that affects a game round or bet settlement, 777xy reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the relevant stake(s) to the player's account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue or any other economic loss.
777xy shall not be liable for any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game outcome histories, odds displays, bonus term summaries or any other informational content, where such information contains errors outside the reasonable control of 777xy.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves risk and that losing wagers is a normal and foreseeable outcome. 777xy accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through normal gambling activity on the platform.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting 777xy support via Live Chat or the Help Center. Before processing a closure request, 777xy will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals are settled in accordance with these Terms. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
777xy reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
An account is considered dormant if it has had no real-money activity (login, deposit, withdrawal or wager) for a continuous period as defined in 777xy's current dormancy policy. 777xy may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances, as specified in the current policy published in the Help Center. Prior to applying any fee, 777xy will attempt to notify the account holder using the contact details registered to the account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xy holds its operator licence. In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, 777xy and the User agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the platform's support channels.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to arbitration or the relevant dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the operator's licence jurisdiction, as specified in the platform's Help Center documentation at the time the dispute arises.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
777xy reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777xy will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — typically via a notification displayed upon next login or by email to the address registered to the account.
The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects when the current version of these Terms came into force. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and to ensure you are familiar with the current version. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
